Alexis Licata is the Officer of Business Logistics and Procurement Services for the Houston Independent School District. Licata is responsible for the district’s logistics, textbooks, furniture services, risk management, supplier diversity, and procurement services divisions. She began her career with HISD in 1998 as a member of the Nutrition Services Department. Licata is dedicated to supporting the work that gets done in every HISD classroom, whether it’s providing a safe environment or ensuring campuses have the goods and services needed to be successful. Licata is also committed to successfully engaging and working with the business community to achieve the goals put forth by the Board of Education with the supplier diversity program.
Ana Moreno Kopf is an experienced HR Manager with over 26 years of working in the Oil & Gas Industry. Ana graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Spanish and a Master’s Degree in Management. Ana joined Shell in 1993 and has held generalist and specialist roles across Human Resources in Texas, California and The Netherlands. Ana is skilled in Recruitment, Onboarding, Mergers & Acquisition, Organizational Design, Talent Management, Labor Relations, and Diversity & Inclusion. Ana moved into her current role leading Shell Supplier Diversity & Diversity Advocacy in November 2017. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, the HR Committee for Girl Scouts San Jacinto Council, and the Advisory Board for Pink Petro/Experience Energy.
Annie Lidge is the Corporate Supplier Diversity Manager at Fluor. In this role, Annie transformed the longstanding Supplier Diversity Program into one that is proactive and supported by an executive board. She has developed groundbreaking processes and procedures, established program committees made up of Fluor volunteers, recruited and trained program champions, and established the program’s goals and initiatives. Through her work, Annie has developed a thriving supplier diversity program with all domestic Fluor offices engaged, participating and supporting diverse businesses and minority development councils in their respective regions.
